Purpose of the job



To lead customer-centric analytics and value management initiatives. This role will combine advanced analytics, data storytelling, and CVM strategy to drive business growth, retention, and engagement. The ideal candidate is hands-on with data, highly skilled in SQL, analytics programming, and dashboarding tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.), and able to partner effectively with cross-functional teams including Data Engineering, Data Modeling, Marketing, and Product.



Analytics & Insights



  • Perform advanced analysis of customer, product, and transactional data to uncover trends and growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and automated reports using Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.
  • Develop self-service BI tools for stakeholders, empowering business teams to access insights directly.
  • Apply statistical and predictive modeling techniques (segmentation, churn models, CLV models).
  • Ensure data-driven decision-making through actionable insights and recommendations.

Customer Value Management (CVM)



  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize customer lifetime value (CLV) and reduce churn.
  • Design and execute personalized campaigns and journeys using segmentation and targeting techniques.
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness and optimize through A/B testing and post-campaign analysis.

Data Collaboration & Governance



  • Work closely with Data Engineering to ensure robust data pipelines, integration, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with Data Modeling teams to design, refine, and operationalize predictive models.
  • Partner with data governance teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance of customer data.
  • Contribute to building a data-driven culture across the organization

Stakeholder Engagement



  • Act as a key analytics partner for Marketing, Product, Finance, and Senior Leadership.
  • Translate technical insights into clear business narratives for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Drive alignment between analytics, business strategy, and execution.

Job specification







Education







  • Bachelors in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
  • 7+ years experience in analytics, customer insights, or CVM roles.




Skills & Abilities:



  • SQL for data extraction, transformation, and optimization.
  • Python / R for advanced analytics and modeling.
  • Dashboarding and visualization tools: Tableau (mandatory), Power BI, Looker, or equivalent.
  • Hands-on experience with CVM / CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong knowledge of churn analytics, segmentation, personalization, and retention strategies.
  • Familiarity with big data / cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, Spark, Hive).
  • Excellent problem-solving, data storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to bridge business, analytics, and engineering teams effectively.
