About the role

As a Senior Software Developer, you will be contributing to diverse projects, internal or customer-facing, in line with our global automation and digitization vision.



In this key role, you will go beyond traditional software development, shaping our automation vision and delivering cutting-edge solutions. From crafting innovations to enhancing engineering practices, tailoring solutions, and supporting production software, your expertise is pivotal for project success.
Key Responsibilities:



  • Design solutions adapted to internal and external customer needs, scalable and optimized for Operations
  • Develop and deliver cases in a timely manner
  • Apply professional software engineering best practices throughout the software development life cycle, ensuring coding standards, conducting code reviews, managing source control, implementing build processes, conducting unit testing, and maintaining quality and operations.
  • Specify requirements and define acceptance tests, incorporating expertise in database queries (Microsoft SQL and MySQL), cloud knowledge, creating APIs, and understanding CI/CD processes and concepts.
  • Support production software packages by fixing bugs, adding features, and contributing to the overall road map of solutions.
  • Report on KPIs, activity, and project progress to ensure transparency and continuous improvement.

About you
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of strong hands-on experience in Software Development, demonstrating expertise in:
    • Python and Django framework.
    • Experience developing with (.Net, NodeRed, React, etc.) is valued.
    • Database queries (Microsoft SQL and MySQL).
    • CI/CD processes and concepts.
  • Fluent in English; French is a plus.
  • Strong background knowledge and experience with:
    • Common development practices.
    • Service-oriented environments.
    • Agile framework (Scrum , SAFE)
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within multinational/different time zones
