Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and talented Senior Sales Analyst to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities: Sales Reporting & Analysis: Prepare, monitor, and analyze sales performance against targets across the entire Field Force (FF) to identify key trends, variances, and growth opportunities.
Develop and implement standardized sales reports and metrics.
Data Visualization & Business Intelligence: Lead the development of dynamic and interactive sales performance dashboards using various Business Intelligence (BI) tools, such as Power BI .
Translate complex data sets into clear, compelling, and actionable visual narratives for stakeholders.
Strategic Collaboration: Act as a key partner to the Sales and Marketing teams , providing data-driven recommendations to optimize strategies and enhance overall sales force effectiveness.
Facilitate regular performance review meetings with data support.
Data Management & Insight Generation: Maintain the integrity and accuracy of sales databases and reporting systems.
Generate proactive, actionable insights from sales data to inform strategic decision-making and improve sales performance.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a similar quantitative field.
At least 2 years of experience in sales analysis or BI, with a proven ability to turn complex data into actionable business insights.
Strong critical thinking skills used to diagnose performance gaps and recommend data-driven solutions.
Expert-level Excel (modeling and pivot tables) and Power BI proficiency; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
