Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Head to manage and oversee all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, compliance with quality standards, and timely distribution of pharmaceutical products.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise daily warehouse activities, including receipt, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of materials and finished products.
Ensure compliance with Good Storage Practices (GSP), safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
Implement and maintain warehouse management systems (WMS) to optimize inventory accuracy and workflow efficiency.
Manage warehouse staff, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and scheduling.
Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth material flow and timely order fulfillment.
Oversee inventory control, conduct regular stock counts, and investigate discrepancies.
Maintain accurate records, prepare reports on warehouse performance, and support internal and external audits.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse productivity and cost-effectiveness.
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy , Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
Experience in pharmaceutical industry is a must Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and quality compliance standards.
Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proficiency in ERP systems (e.
g., Oracle ) and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), along with strong knowledge of MS Office.
