Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Electrical Engineering Professional to support to Create, implement, and optimize electrical maintenance programs to ensure maximum equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
Lead troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives while guiding and upgrading the technical capabilities of the maintenance team.
Ensure all activities comply with cGMP, ISO standards, and company procedures.
Key Responsibilities: Design and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and efficiency Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and implement system improvements to reduce downtime Lead major maintenance activities, including shutdowns, upgrades, and new equipment installation/commissioning Analyze performance data and drive continuous improvement initiatives across maintenance operations Ensure compliance with cGMP, safety, and quality standards while mentoring and developing technical teams Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Power and Electrical machines or Mechatronics 4–6 years of experience in electrical maintenance in pharmaceutical, FMCG, or industrial environments Hands-on experience with PLCs, electrical drives, instrumentation, and control systems Familiarity with cGMP, ISO standards, and maintenance documentation practices
