What Will You Do❓ Respond to and qualify real-time telephone and web inquiries coming from Foodics website and other communication channels regarding our company's products and services Do cold calls to generate new sales opportunities and endorse to the sales team, once converted Follow-up leads via phone and email to schedule meetings between prospects and Foodics sales team and insert leads into the CRM Handle inquiries and overcome objections regarding Foodics with an end goal of scheduling a sales demo Manage prospects with the ability to articulate value proposition, navigate objections, and foster relationships Communicate in a manner that establishes Foodics as an authoritative source and gives the prospect a feel for the brand Establish rapport on the phone and back it up with confident credibility Work closely with the entire sales operations team to accelerate the sales cycle and to extend our reach into target account Support marketing efforts by assisting in online, direct mail and other marketing campaigns What Are We Looking For❓ Bachelors degree holder in Communications, English or any business course Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service and/or sales experience preferred, but talented individuals with a passion for SaaS sales will be considered Confident in handling calls and making cold calls Excellent customer service skills - will never take a "NO" personality Previous experience in a hospitality environment is a plus Experience using Salesforce or any CRM systems is an advantage Must be fluent in speaking in Arabic and English.
