Job description

We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Technical Coordinator to support both office operations and site activities related to IT networking and ELV systems, including elevator communication and display solutions.


This role requires a balanced skillset—technical understanding, coordination ability, and strong documentation skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage quotations, delivery notes, purchase orders, and documentation
  • Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal teams for smooth project execution
  • Support LAN/networking tasks including basic troubleshooting of IP devices, switches, and connectivity
  • Assist in handling IP intercom systems, ELV systems, and elevator display solutions
  • Supervise and coordinate site activities, installations, and technician tasks
  • Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting when required
  • Maintain records, reports, and tracking using Excel and MS Office
  • Follow up on materials, deliveries, and project timelines
  • Assist in CMS/cloud-based system coordination (basic level) 


Skills

Requirements:

  • Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, and MS Office
  • Ability to handle quotations, purchase orders, and documentation independently
  • Willingness to visit sites and supervise basic technical work
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of LAN networking and IP-based systems
  • Understanding of ELV / low-voltage systems is preferred
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to multitask and take ownership of tasks
