Job Description
  • Represents the interests of the Plant/country (be the voice), balances this with the interests of the Project and communicates relevant information to relevant stakeholders from Plant/Country ​
  • Raises and follows up on the release of PAMs including tracking of the available, needed and spent Capex​
  • Leads the creation of the Detailed ramp up plan by considering the requirements from the Customer and the inputs from all the Project team members​
  • Plans and co-ordinates the Run@rate, reports on the findings and drives the implementation of corrective actions on time​
  • Monitors & reports on the Ramp up and KPIs (plant related P&L lines, e.g. variable and fixed costs in the plant, quality performance, delivery performance) and drives the implementation of corrective actions​
  • Identifies risks and opportunities, defines and carries out measures to manage those in direct project environment.
  • Collects and share the Lessons Learned with the Launch team and have reviews on a continuous basis ​


Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required, Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a high advantage
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Project Manager, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, preferably within the Automotive Industry
  • Exceptional communication skills, stakeholder management abilities, and advanced problem-solving capabilities are essential
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office is mandatory
