About the role

The Mobile Core Network & Network Integration Engineer will be responsible for supporting the client from initial technical discussions, coordinating technical activities with various teams (Core Network, IP, Telco Cloud, Firewall, IT, etc.), defining architecture designs, participating in Proof of Concept (PoC) implementation, deploying in production, and providing the required KPIs to ensure network performance and stability.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in initial technical discussions with the client to understand their needs and define the integration strategy.
  • Coordinate technical activities across internal and external teams (Core Network, IP, Telco Cloud, Firewall, IT).
  • Develop and validate architecture documents: High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD).
  • Coordinate the initial testing phases to ensure proper validation.
  • Oversee troubleshooting activities during service launch to address and resolve issues.
  • Ensure the provision of necessary Network Management System (NMS) tools for monitoring and management.
  • Coordinate activities to implement required improvements across various components of the end-to-end (E2E) chain.
  • Contribute to the setup and monitoring of technical PoCs.
  • Oversee deployment in the production environment.
  • Collect, analyze, and present KPIs to monitor network performance.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize network operations.
Required Skills:
  • Extensive experience in mobile network engineering, especially in the core network (LTE, 5G).
  • Deep understanding of network architecture, protocols, and interfaces (S1, S6, Gx, Gy, etc.).
  • Proven experience in writing HLD and LLD documents.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple technical teams.
  • Good understanding of cloud environments (Telco Cloud) and virtualization.
  • Experience in coordinating testing and troubleshooting activities.
  • Knowledge of NMS tools and network performance monitoring.
  • Strong knowledge of IP networks, routing, and IP-based architectures.
  • Understanding of network security principles, firewalls, and security best practices.
  • Familiarity with Quality of Service (QoS) mechanisms and traffic management.
  • Strong project management and technical communication skills.
  • Knowledge of KPIs related to mobile networks.
Candidate Profile:
  • Engineering degree or equivalent in telecommunications, computer science, or related fields.
  • Significant experience in a similar role.
  • Autonomous, rigorous, with strong interpersonal skills.
