About the job Marketing Specialist Role Scope

The Marketing Specialist will develop and execute targeted marketing initiatives to promote the company's translation and localisation services. This role is responsible for supporting lead generation, brand awareness, and client engagement through digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management. The successful candidate will work closely with sales, business development, and operations to align marketing activity with commercial priorities.


The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and experienced in B2B marketing within professional services or technology-driven environments.


Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social, PPC, content syndication) to generate qualified leads and support sales objectives.
  • Content Creation: Produce clear, client-focused content, including blog posts, case studies, white papers, website copy, and social media assets that communicate the company's value proposition in translation and localisation.
  • Digital Marketing & Analytics: Manage website content and SEO efforts, run paid digital campaigns, monitor performance using analytics tools, and provide regular reporting with actionable insights to improve ROI.
  • Marketing Collateral & Sales Support: Develop sales enablement materials, proposals, presentations, and campaign assets in collaboration with business development to support client pitches and account management.
  • Events & Webinars: Coordinate virtual and in-person events, webinars, and industry outreach activities to build brand presence and generate networking opportunities.
  • Brand & Messaging: Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across channels and ensure all external communications reflect the company's quality and professionalism.
  • Market Research: Monitor market trends, competitor activity,y and client needs to inform campaign strategy and support product/service development opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, project management, and linguists to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with service capabilities and client requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in professional services, technology, localisation or related industries.
  • Marketing Skills: Experience running digital campaigns, email marketing, content marketing, and basic paid media. Familiarity with SEO best practices.
  • Analytical: Comfortable using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), able to interpret data and translate insights into practical optimisations.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
  • Technical: Marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and MS Office; ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Personal Attributes: Creative, organised, self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related discipline preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
