We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to execute, optimize, and
report on our paid marketing activities across digital channels and retail media
platforms. This role is highly execution-focused and works closely with the Marketing
Director and Sales team to drive efficient customer acquisition, retail sell-through,
and campaign performance across e-commerce and retail partners.
This is a hands-on specialist role, not a people-management or commercial
negotiation position.

Digital Reporting (Online)
· Watch the competition: Look at what other similar brands are doing online and see what we can do better.
· Find insights: Don’t just look at numbers; explain what the numbers mean for our business.
· Create reports: Build simple weekly or monthly reports to show what is working and what isn't.
· Track performance: Keep an eye on how our marketing campaigns are doing every day.
Retail Reporting (In-Store)
· Check the shelves: Report on how our products look in the store and if they are in the best spots to be seen and bought.
· Review our discounts: See if our price cuts or special offers actually made people buy more, or if we should try a different deal.
· Investigate sales drops: If sales go down, dig into the "why" is it because of a new competitor, a high price, or a change in what customers want
