Job Title: Logistics Coordinator


Location: Cairo, Egypt


Position Summary


The Logistics Co-Ordinator is responsible for coordinating and executing logistics operations to support NCR’s field services and large customer accounts. This role involves managing inventory, order administration, reverse logistics, replenishments, financial reconciliation, and reporting, while ensuring compliance with global standards and optimizing service levels, asset utilization, and inventory investment.


Key Areas of Responsibility


  • Manage inbound international shipments, ensuring validation against invoices, timely dock-to-stock processing, accurate bin mapping in CIMS, and resolution of discrepancies with Distribution Centers and couriers.


  • Oversee order administration and parts planning by extracting TSRP reports, generating orders in CIMS, resolving system discrepancies, and managing procurement, approvals, and execution.


  • Ensure daily replenishment for Customer Engineers and Forward Stocking Locations by analyzing stock, creating transactions, coordinating shipments, confirming deliveries, and managing defective returns and discrepancy resolution.


  • Handle parts posting activities, including validating data, processing repairable and non-repairable parts, and monitoring in-transit shipments with follow-ups and escalations.


  • Manage Return Material Authorization (RMA) processes, including validation, inspection, system updates, and coordination of shipments to repair centers.


  • Reconcile and manage backorders, coordinate delivery timelines with regional teams, and optimize inventory through excess stock analysis and location target adjustments.


  • Conduct LOCA analysis by validating reports, coordinating part transfers locally and across MEA, managing urgent service orders, and ensuring timely resolution through escalation.


  • Perform financial reconciliation by comparing system data and credit notes with general ledger values and escalating discrepancies to the logistics manager.


  • Support audit and compliance activities, including warehouse and inventory audits, reconciliation, reporting, and ongoing stock reviews with accurate planning and approvals.


  • Generate and share weekly performance reports covering operational, financial, and logistics metrics.


  • Provide logistics support during weekends and public holidays as required.


Required Skills & Qualifications


  • BSc. degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or relevant field.


  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


  • Proficiency in logistics systems such as CIMS and TSRP.


  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.


  • Experience in inventory management, order processing, and supplier coordination.


  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
