Operational & Service Excellence
· Oversee and coordinate daily Juice Bar operations, ensuring quality, cleanliness, and consistency.
· Supervise the preparation and presentation of all juices, smoothies, and wellness drinks as per detox program requirements.
· Ensure that correct juicing techniques and service methods are followed by the team.
· Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety in compliance with internal and ISO systems.
· Manage the juicing unit’s control forms and ensure daily completion and documentation.
Guest Interaction & Program Support
· Engage with guests to understand their wellness plans and recommend suitable drinks and supplements.
· Monitor guest schedules and coordinate the timely preparation of prescribed juices and detox drinks.
· Demonstrate and assist guests in using wellness devices such as Cryo Sauna, TurboSonic, and Salt Room when needed.
· Educate guests on the benefits of ingredients and detox beverages, ensuring an enriching experience.
Inventory, Quality & Coordination
· Ensure timely procurement and correct storage of organic, non-chemical, and natural ingredients.
· Evaluate the quality of raw materials and report any discrepancies.
· Monitor stock levels and report needs in advance to maintain continuity in service.
· Coordinate with other departments (kitchen, wellness, housekeeping) to align on guest experience.
Leadership & Team Development
· Lead and motivate Juice Bar team members, ensuring tasks are clearly understood and performed efficiently.
· Train new staff in recipes, hygiene procedures, and guest interaction standards.
· Handle team concerns professionally and escalate unresolved issues to the F&B Manager.
· Ensure smooth shift transitions and communicate relevant updates clearly.
Sustainability & Compliance
· Adhere to the sustainability policies of TheLifeCo, implementing eco-conscious practices in daily operations.
· Participate in internal audits, ISO documentation, and continuous improvement efforts.
· Uphold workplace safety standards and proactively prevent accidents or operational hazards.
Education & Experience
· High school graduate required; degree in Hospitality or Tourism is preferred.
· Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality or F&B, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
· Previous exposure to wellness, detox programs, or nutritional service is a strong advantage.
· Has completed at least one 7-day detox program and experienced wellness supplements firsthand.
