Job Title: IWS Process Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IWS Process Lead to join our team. This role plays a critical part in driving operational excellence by leading process improvement initiatives within Integrated Work Systems (IWS). You will be responsible for analysing current workflows, identifying opportunities for enhancement, and implementing best practices to optimise efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development, documentation, and continuous improvement of IWS processes to support organisational goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process bottlenecks, troubleshoot challenges, and implement innovative solutions.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops to ensure understanding and adherence to established workflows across departments.
• Monitor process performance metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders, recommending actionable improvements.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and fostering engagement among team members.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, company policies, and safety regulations throughout all IWS process activities.

Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Statistics, or related field.
• Proven experience in process leadership or process management roles, ideally within manufacturing, engineering, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of Integrated Work Systems principles and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex process data and translate findings into improvement actions.
• Demonstrated capability to lead cross-functional teams and manage change effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with process mapping tools and continuous improvement techniques such as Lean or Six Sigma is highly desirable.
