Position Title: IWS Cell Lead


We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team as an IWS Cell Lead. This leadership role is critical to driving operational excellence and fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment within the Integrated Work System (IWS) cell.


Role Overview:
As an IWS Cell Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities and performance of the IWS cell, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and continuous improvement initiatives. You will lead a diverse team, championing best practices and supporting your colleagues to deliver excellence in all aspects of work execution.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage the IWS cell, providing clear direction, motivation and support to team members.
  • Implement and sustain Integrated Work System processes to optimise workflow, quality, safety and productivity.
  • Facilitate continuous improvement activities, encouraging innovative ideas and effective problem-solving strategies.
  • Monitor performance metrics, providing timely feedback and coaching to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate resources, resolve challenges, and promote knowledge sharing.
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive workplace, adhering to organisational policies and promoting a culture of respect and collaboration.
  • Support training and development initiatives to enhance team capabilities and career progression.

Qualifications and Experience:


  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Technology, or Science.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing, production or operational environment.
  • Strong understanding of Integrated Work System methodologies and lean manufacturing principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead continuous improvement and change management initiatives.
  • Competent in data analysis and performance monitoring tools.
