Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies, policies, and initiatives that support organizational growth and objectives.
Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, talent management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, and compliance.
Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering professional growth and high performance.
Partner with senior leadership to drive organizational change, culture enhancement, and workforce planning.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Manage performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives.
Conduct workforce analytics and prepare reports to inform executive decision-making.
Develop and manage HR budget efficiently.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role.
In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and employee relations.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to design and implement HR strategies that drive organizational success.
Experience in managing and mentoring teams.
