Job description

To lead the front office team and ensure a seamless, warm, and professional guest experience in alignment with The LifeCo’s holistic wellness philosophy. The Head Receptionist acts as the face of the center, managing all reception operations while ensuring efficiency, emotional intelligence, and personalized care for every guest

  • Welcome guests with a smile, professionalism, and genuine care.
  • Supervise daily front desk operations, including guest check-in/out, bookings, wellness program scheduling, and concierge support
  • Lead and train the reception team to deliver attentive and empathetic service
  • Ensure smooth communication between departments (Nutrition, Therapy, Kitchen, Housekeeping)
  • Manage room allocation and support operations for smooth guest turnover
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and solution-oriented manner
  • Maintain front desk systems, databases, and guest records accurately
  • Coordinate with sales/reservations for room availability and last-minute requests
  • Ensure the reception area and team reflect a calm, tidy, and welcoming wellness environment
  • Prepare daily reports on arrivals, departures, and guest satisfaction
  • Support VIP guest handling and special wellness requests with discretion and care
