Under direction, supervise, assign, review and participate in the work of staff responsible for maintenance of plant equipment, machinery and related facilities; ensure work quality and adherence to established policies and procedures.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Operational• Comply with operational procedures and instructions when performing all job tasks and activities.
• Supervise immediate maintenance actions to fix critical breakdowns so that the production schedule can be resumed with minimum delay.
• Ensure that all damaged or scheduled parts are fixed or ready to be used when required.
• Verify all received items to ensure their conformity to the required specifications mentioned in the Material Requisition sheet.
• Maintain assigned tools, equipment and machinery in good working order.
People & Performance• Enhance the work environment to promote and drive employee engagement and team effectiveness.
• Conduct annual performance appraisals and provide staff feedback regarding strengths, areas for improvement and development opportunities.
• Establish KPIs for individual units and ensure that they are aligned with FPI’s mission and vision.
Health, Safety & Environment• Develop a safety culture by ensuring all staff comply with HSE policies and procedures.
• Participate in QHSE audits, incident reporting and review of QHSE performances as required.
• Comply with relevant safety, quality and environmental control procedures and instructions.
• Use personal protective equipment and safety gear when performing assigned tasks.
• Keep operational areas clean and well organized to prevent incidents and accidents.
• Report unsafe acts, incidents or safety violations.
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering - Technical Degree.
Experience:
· At least 5 years' maintenance experience in an industrial environment
· Experience in industrial factory as Supervisor / Team Leader / Shift Leader is preferred
Job-Specific Skills:
· Knowledge of motor maintenance (dismantling and identifying failure modes, etc…)
· Good experiences in servo motors troubleshooting, servo drives, AC drives
· PLC programming & Troubleshooting (Schneider PLC).
· CNC programming (G-Code)
· Experience in installing & commissioning production lines equipment.
· Knowledge of crane repairs
· Ability to read/draw and understand drawings
