Job description

Position Title:             Chef – Hot Kitchen

Employment Type:      Full Time

Salary:                         Depending on experience and qualifications plus shared accommodation, transportation, and duty meals

Benefits:                       uniform and overtime pay

Job Location:               New Cairo, Egypt

 

About the Client:

A pre-opening multidisciplinary bakespace in New Cairo, Egypt under a dynamic homegrown group behind standout concepts in UAE.

 

Job Description:

  • Lead and oversee daily operations of the hot kitchen, ensuring timely and high-quality food preparation and presentation.
  • Design, develop, and update hot kitchen menus in line with culinary trends, cost-efficiency, and customer preferences.
  • Manage kitchen staff performance, including training, scheduling, and maintaining discipline and hygiene standards.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control of ingredients.


Skills

Qualifications:

  • Open to Asian nationalities; 35 years old and below
  • Bachelor’s degree in culinary or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in the F&B industry
  • Overseas candidates are welcome to apply; joining ticket and visa will be paid for by the company
