Responsibilities 

• Take responsibility for the achievement of FSC objectives, organize and coordinate resources, and drive the resolution of issues and risks during FSC implementation. Establish and operate FSC business baselines, reduce deviations and failure costs, and provide intervention and guidance.
  

  
  

• Manage the site rollout plan and progress to ensure the achievement of the customer's delivery targets. Analyze and monitor the progress of each phase of site implementation. Manage issues during implementation, including materials, access, customer cooperation, quality, resources, and plans. Manage the acceptance plan and progress to ensure site revenue recognition and target achievement. 
  

  
  

• Manage onsite site maintenance, support site availability, manage FSE work orders, and manage convergent delivery services.
  

  
  

• As the overall technical lead, support the design of the comprehensive solution, identify technical requirements, design hardware, network, and system architecture, identify deliverability issues and risks of the solution, and be responsible for the technical implementation;
  

  
  

• Support site surveys, complete detailed design of hardware, network, and system architecture, and clarify detailed design for hardware, network, and platform deployment;
  

  
  

• Responsible for the technical implementation management of the project, including hardware, network, and platform installation, integration testing, and implementation management, coordinating and handling technical issues, and ensuring project acceptance and trial operation.
  

  
  

• Summarize project cases, share cases, and release personal summaries on the website in a timely manner, leading the delivery serviceability optimization of the industry, and enabling efficient and high-quality delivery of global projects.
  

  
  

Requirements

• Familiar with the design principles of photovoltaic and energy storage systems including microgrids, with experience in participating in the design of microgrid grid architectures and the related equipment application of energy storage products.
  

  
  

• Has the relevant knowledge and service delivery experience in the field of energy storage, channel customers, and end customers.
