About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Events & Catering to lead and grow our large-scale catering and events operations. This leadership role is responsible for delivering exceptional, high-volume events, driving business growth, and ensuring operational excellence across all catering functions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee large-scale catering operations and high-volume events
  • Plan and execute VIP outdoor events, royal functions, and premium banquets
  • Develop innovative menus and customized event experiences
  • Manage end-to-end banquet operations ensuring flawless execution
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and revenue expansion
  • Oversee budgeting, cost control, and profitability optimization
  • Coordinate effectively with suppliers, vendors, and F&B networks
  • Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and service standards


Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior events/catering leadership role
  • Strong background in hospitality, catering, or F&B operations
  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale and high-profile events
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong financial acumen (budgeting, cost control, P&L management)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Experience in GCC markets is highly preferred
