Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the commercial and buying teams with administrative tasks, including preparing purchase orders, updating product data, and maintaining price lists.
  • Assist in coordinating promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns across stores.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for vendors, products, pricing, and contracts.
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to track order statuses and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare regular sales, stock, and performance reports for commercial decision-making.
  • Help manage product listings, barcodes, and SKUs in inventory and POS systems.
  • Follow up on delivery schedules and ensure timely receipt of goods at distribution centers or stores.
  • Support the merchandising team with planogram updates, store communications, and new product rollouts.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, including documentation and filing.
