Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Sales or Marketing or a related field
At least 4 years of experience in channel account management
Proven track record in developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies within handset or consumer electronic industry
Strong understanding of channel trade marketing and ecommerce concepts, tools and best practices
Excellent sales, communication, and negotiation skills
Proactive, collaborative and results-driven mindset with strong team spirit
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, incl. Word, Excel, PPT, etc.
Fluent in Austrian German and English, both written and spoken
Responsibilities
Establish and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with channel partners to drive product sales and strengthen customer engagement.
Work closely with partners to identify key business opportunities and develop strategies to boost revenue growth.
Meet and exceed all sales targets, including short-term (ST) and sell-out (SO) objectives.
Oversee daily sales operations with partners to ensure revenue goals are met; address partner concerns and resolve sales-related issues efficiently.
Develop customized sales and marketing plans with each partner to enhance joint promotional efforts.
Collaborate with partners to design and implement joint business and marketing plans aligned with shared objectives.
