Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales or Marketing or a related field


  • At least 4 years of experience in channel account management


  • Proven track record in developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies within handset or consumer electronic industry


  • Strong understanding of channel trade marketing and ecommerce concepts, tools and best practices


  • Excellent sales, communication, and negotiation skills


  • Proactive, collaborative and results-driven mindset with strong team spirit 


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, incl. Word, Excel, PPT, etc.


  • Fluent in Austrian German and English, both written and spoken


Responsibilities


  • Establish and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with channel partners to drive product sales and strengthen customer engagement.


  • Work closely with partners to identify key business opportunities and develop strategies to boost revenue growth.


  • Meet and exceed all sales targets, including short-term (ST) and sell-out (SO) objectives.


  • Oversee daily sales operations with partners to ensure revenue goals are met; address partner concerns and resolve sales-related issues efficiently.


  • Develop customized sales and marketing plans with each partner to enhance joint promotional efforts.


  • Collaborate with partners to design and implement joint business and marketing plans aligned with shared objectives.
