Antal International is partnering with one of the leading logistics company to support the launch of their first overseas Class A logistics hub in the heart of Dubai.

Title - Commercial Director - Middle East

Reports to - VP

Location - Dubai

Salary - OPEN + Benefits + Bonus

This is a founder-level opportunity to build and lead the commercial function from the ground up ideal for someone who thrives in high-impact, entrepreneurial environments.

The Role: Commercial Director

You will take full ownership of the commercial strategy, acting as a “business founder” for the region. From shaping go-to-market strategy to building a high-performing team and securing key contracts you will be instrumental in establishing a strong market presence across the UAE and wider region.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies
• Build and lead the commercial / sales team
• Drive business development and client acquisition
• Establish the brand as a key logistics player in the region

Ideal Candidate

• 7+ years in senior commercial leadership roles (Sales Director / Head of BD)
• Strong experience in 3PL / 4PL / warehouse logistics
• Established network in Dubai / GCC
• Proven track record in building commercial functions and winning business
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution capabilities
• Fluent in English (MBA is a plus)
