The Treasury Executive is responsible for managing the treasury operations across the group, ensuring efficient cash flow and optimized working capital.
Reporting to the Group Finance Manager, the role includes liquidity management, handling daily cash management, payment processing, with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and stakeholder communication.
Key responsibilities 1.
Banking and treasury operations Maintain relationships with banks to facilitate seamless fund transfers,cash pooling, and cost-effective banking solutions.
Conduct periodic reviews of bank charges, interest rates, and service quality, negotiating improvements where necessary.
Safeguard sensitive financial data, particularly supplier and bank account details, against unauthorized access.
2. Cashflow forecasting and liquidity planning Perform short-term and long-term cash flow forecasting, providing actionable insights to the Group Finance Manager.
Monitor fund requirements for projects, operational expenses, and debt obligations, advising on optimal fund allocation ensuring compliance covenants and other financial obligations tied to project financing.
Identify opportunities to improve cash flow efficiency and reduce financial risks through process enhancements.
3. Cash management Perform daily reconciliation between bank records and accounting records to ensure that receipts and payments are accurately reflected in company’s books as well as bank records.
Prepare daily cash position reports for the owner, business unit heads and BU Finance Executives, providing insights into cash flow status and liquidity levels.
Monitor cash inflows and outflows to ensure alignment with operational and strategic needs.
Propose and maintain minimum cash reserve levels for business continuity.
Work closely with BU Finance Executives in: o Tracking and timely presentation of post-dated cheques to bank.
o Monitoring and tracking bank guarantees, performance bonds, etc.

4. Payment processing Update supplier bank account details in the AP master database, ensuring accuracy and security.
Establish batch payment processing and prioritization criteria for streamlining payments.
Work closely with AP team and BU Finance Executives in prioritizing payments.
Handle disbursements for land department fees and other statutory payments, maintaining strict adherence to timelines.
Process all disbursements adhering to batch payment & prioritization criteria, ensuring minimum cost of capital, while adhering to BU specific needs and timing.
Ensure all payments comply with internal controls, financial policies, and regulatory requirements.
Ensure there are no duplicate payments to suppliers against the same invoice.

5+ years of treasury experience, preferably in real estate or allied sectors with proven expertise in cash management and working capital optimization.
Proficiency in ERP systems, bank payment platforms, and advanced Excel.
Excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of Arabic language would be an added advantage.
