TECHNICAL MANAGER

TECHNICAL MANAGER : Responsible for supporting project and operational needs, ensuring work is delivered according to company standards. Coordinates with relevant teams, maintains documentation, and supports execution activities. Assists in problem‑solving and ensures compliance with safety and quality requirements.

Summary:
As a Technical Manager - Structural, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of structural projects, analyzing and designing structures, coordinating with the engineering team, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Job Responsibility:
- Manage and coordinate structural engineering projects from conception to completion.
- Conduct structural analyses and design calculations for various projects.
- Review and approve project drawings and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to deliver successful projects.
- Monitor project progress and budget to ensure timely delivery.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in structural engineering, with at least X years in a managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of structural design software and relevant codes and standards.
- Strong project management skills and ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
