We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage construction projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in high-rise buildings, residential developments, and villa projects in Dubai, with the ability to manage project teams, budgets, timelines, and client expectations.

• Oversee complete project lifecycle from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and handover.
  

  
  

• Develop project plans, schedules, and execution strategies to ensure timely completion.
  

  
  

• Manage project teams including engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and site personnel.
  

  
  

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities for smooth project delivery.
  

  
  

• Review and approve project drawings, specifications, and technical submissions.
  

  
  

• Monitor project progress, quality standards, cost control, and resource allocation.
  

  
  

• Ensure construction activities comply with approved plans, UAE regulations, safety, and quality requirements.
  

  
  

• Identify project risks, delays, and technical challenges and implement corrective actions.
  

  
  

• Conduct regular progress meetings and prepare project reports.
  

  
  

• Manage subcontractor performance and ensure contractual obligations are met.
  

  
  

• Oversee project documentation, approvals, variations, and handover processes.
  

  
  

• Ensure successful completion of projects within approved budget, timeline, and quality standards.
  

  
  

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  

  
  

• Minimum 12+ years of experience in construction project management.
  

  
  

• Strong experience with high-rise buildings, residential, and villa projects.
  

  
  

• Proven experience working with main contracting companies in Dubai/UAE.
  

  
  

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, project controls, and UAE regulations.
  

  
  

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  

  
  

• Ability to manage multiple project teams and deliver projects successfully.
