• Implementing procedures for issuing and canceling a new health insurance card and replacing a lost one for beneficiaries in coordination with the health insurance company.
• Issuing replacements for lost/damaged employees’ personal identification cards.
• Verifying and updating health insurance data and documents.
• Preparing the necessary awareness to explain and introduce health insurance systems and its updates.
• Contributing to the implementation of leave procedures of all types on the human resources planning program GRP.
• Contributing to updating employee data on the GRP human resources planning program.
• Contributing to the preparation and implementation of the annual operational plan for human resources management.
• Follow up on the application of communication and communication methodology in management.
• Preparing periodic statements using the Discoverer system related to the nature of the job.
