HR Executive- Emirati

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee records, and engagement activities. This role is ideal for candidates looking to grow their career in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support recruitment and onboarding processes
  
• Maintain employee records and HR systems
  
• Assist with payroll and attendance tracking
  
• Support employee engagement and training initiatives
  
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws
  
• Handle employee queries and HR-related concerns
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
  
• 6 months to 2 years of HR experience
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Basic knowledge of HR processes and UAE labor laws
  
• Proficient in MS Office
