Estimator- Civil Fit out - Dubai

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Estimator to join a leading interior fit-out and manufacturing team. The role is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, and supporting the commercial team in securing profitable projects while ensuring cost efficiency and competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Review project drawings, specifications, and BOQ documents to prepare detailed cost estimates

Calculate material, labor, subcontractor, and equipment costs for interior fit-out and joinery works

Coordinate with design, procurement, and production teams to gather accurate pricing inputs

Prepare quotations and tender submissions within required deadlines

Conduct site visits when necessary to understand project scope and constraints

Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations for best value and compliance

Maintain updated cost databases for materials, labor rates, and production activities

Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options

Support project handover to execution teams with complete estimation breakdowns

Ensure all estimates align with company standards, profitability targets, and market benchmarks


Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or related field
  
• 3–6 years of experience in estimation within interior fit-out, joinery, or construction industry
  
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and interior construction methods
  
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel (essential)
  
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs
  
• Strong numerical, analytical, and negotiation skills
  
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
  
• Good communication and coordination skills
