Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Executive to handle property transactions, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth in the UAE real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

·Manage buying, selling, and leasing of properties

·Handle client inquiries and provide expert property advice

·Conduct property viewings and presentations

·Negotiate and close real estate deals

·Maintain strong relationships with clients and investors

·Achieve and exceed sales targets

·Stay updated on market trends and property values

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
  

Experience Required

• 5–6 years of experience in UAE real estate sales

• Strong knowledge of UAE property market
  
• Understanding of Freehold and Non-Freehold areas
  
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  
• Sales-driven mindset with target achievement focus
  
• Ability to work independently
  

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• RERA certification
  
• Existing client network
  

Industry Preference

• Real Estate
  

Additional Requirements

• Valid UAE driving license preferred
