Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance in a competitive environment.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining positive relationships.
  • Fluency in Russian and English is essential; additional language skills are an advantage.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools to streamline processes and track performance.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport with diverse clients.
  • Has VALID UAE DRIVER's LICENSE
