Description
Project Leadership & Strategy
Develop and communicate a comprehensive execution strategy covering planning, authority approvals, design, procurement, construction, and handover.Provide strategic direction and foster a collaborative, high-performance environment.
Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring clear communication, risk resolution, and adherence to program and timeline requirements
Financial Oversight
Develop and manage the overall project budget with strict cost control.Monitor financial aspects, including cash flow forecasting, expenditure tracking, and reporting
Consultant & Vendor Management
Lead the tendering process and select key vendors.
Design Oversight
Develop detailed project timelines and critical path schedules, ensuring adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
Execution & Delivery
Profile
Seasoned real estate professional with at least 15 years of experience leading complex, high-value residential, mixed-use, hospitality and branded residence or redevelopment projects.
End-to-end project leadership capabilities, including strategic planning, design coordination, stakeholder management, cost control, procurement, and construction oversight. The candidate should demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills.
