Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the assigned store, ensuring a luxurious and culturally sensitive customer experience
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of niche fragrance brands, including their ingredients, heritage, and application techniques
• Train and mentor store staff to deliver exceptional service tailored to Saudi clientele.
• Manage inventory of niche fragrances, ensuring stock availability for high-demand and exclusive products.
• Organize in-store animations and events to promote niche brands and drive foot traffic.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and brand standards in store presentation and operations.

Key Performance Indicators:

1. Sales Performance:

• Achieve monthly sales store target
• Achieve benchmark KPI’s
• Increase store sales year-over-year
• Ensure 85% sell-through rate for promotional niche fragrance campaigns
• Drive 25% of total sales from exclusive/limited-edition fragrances.

1. Service Performance:

• Maintain store Mystery Shopper score of 95%
• Achieve 90% staff training completion rate on niche brand knowledge quarterly.
