Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the assigned store, ensuring a luxurious and culturally sensitive customer experience
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of niche fragrance brands, including their ingredients, heritage, and application techniques
- Train and mentor store staff to deliver exceptional service tailored to Saudi clientele.
- Manage inventory of niche fragrances, ensuring stock availability for high-demand and exclusive products.
- Organize in-store animations and events to promote niche brands and drive foot traffic.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and brand standards in store presentation and operations.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Sales Performance:
- Achieve monthly sales store target
- Achieve benchmark KPI’s
- Increase store sales year-over-year
- Ensure 85% sell-through rate for promotional niche fragrance campaigns
- Drive 25% of total sales from exclusive/limited-edition fragrances.
- Service Performance:
- Maintain store Mystery Shopper score of 95%
- Achieve 90% staff training completion rate on niche brand knowledge quarterly.
- Maintain 95% customer satisfaction rating in store feedback surveys.
- Organize 2 in-store events per quarter with 85% attendance rate
