Nurse Administrator

Role Overview:

The Nurse Administrator bridges the gap between clinical operations and executive hospital management. This role focuses primarily on high-level administrative functions, regulatory compliance, budgeting, and long-term strategic resource planning for the nursing department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in executive-level strategic planning and policy formulation for the nursing workforce.

  
  

• Manage large-scale nursing budgets, capital expenditures, and workforce recruitment/retention strategies.

  
  

• Ensure the entire nursing department meets national and international healthcare accreditation standards (e.g., JCI or CBAHI).

  
  

• Serve as the primary liaison between the nursing body and hospital executive leadership.

  
  

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Education: Master’s degree in Nursing Administration, Healthcare Administration, or MBA in Healthcare is mandatory.

  
  

• Experience: Executive-level nursing managerial experience is mandatory. Past experience in a similar large-scale administrative role is highly welcomed.

  
  

• Licensing: Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) registration is highly preferred.
