Role Overview:
The Nurse Administrator bridges the gap between clinical operations and executive hospital management. This role focuses primarily on high-level administrative functions, regulatory compliance, budgeting, and long-term strategic resource planning for the nursing department.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in executive-level strategic planning and policy formulation for the nursing workforce.
Manage large-scale nursing budgets, capital expenditures, and workforce recruitment/retention strategies.
Ensure the entire nursing department meets national and international healthcare accreditation standards (e.g., JCI or CBAHI).
Serve as the primary liaison between the nursing body and hospital executive leadership.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Education: Master’s degree in Nursing Administration, Healthcare Administration, or MBA in Healthcare is mandatory.
Experience: Executive-level nursing managerial experience is mandatory. Past experience in a similar large-scale administrative role is highly welcomed.
Licensing: Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) registration is highly preferred.
