Presales Consultant - IT Infrastructure

We are Looking for a Pre-Sales Consultant/Solution Architect for one of our clients in Abu Dhabi, with 6+ years’ experience in IT Infrastructure( server & storage, HPE, Lenovo, VMware, Azure, AWS, Veeam & Commvault)

Responsibilities:

• Understand customer requirements and design end-to-end IT Infrastructure solutions
• Handle pre-sales / technical sales for HPE, Lenovo, VMware, Azure, AWS, Veeam, Commvault
• Architect solutions for server, storage, virtualization, and backup & DR
• Work on HPE Synergy, VMware vSphere, vSAN, NSX, and Microsoft platforms
• Prepare solution presentations, proposals, and RFP responses
• Conduct product demos and proof of concepts (POCs)
• Use enterprise sizing tools (HPE, VMware, Lenovo) for solution design
• Collaborate with sales team to develop opportunities and close deals
• Support technical escalations and coordinate with field engineers
• Engage with customers and vendors for solution validation

Requirements:

• 6+ years experience in IT Infrastructure pre-sales / Solution Architecture
• Strong knowledge of server, storage, virtualization, and backup technologies
• Experience with HPE, Lenovo, VMware, Azure, AWS ecosystems
• Expertise in Veeam, Commvault, Veritas, Acronis or similar backup tools
• Strong communication, presentation, and reporting skills
• Experience in System Integrator environment preferred
• Ability to work independently on proposals and customer engagements
• Relevant certifications (HPE, VMware, Azure, AWS) preferred but not mandatory
