الوصف الوظيفي

  • Responsible for managing, leading, motivating all team members to perform their responsibilities with utmost efficiency and productivity
  • Responsible for reviewing and approving timesheets, monthly invoices report and communicate to head office for the same 
  • Responsible for reviewing and approving materials request, tools, and other requests and communicate to head office for the same
  • Responsible for reviewing and approving monthly expenses report and communicate to head office for the same
  • Responsible for reviewing and approving weekly and monthly expenses reports 
  • Responsible for monitoring materials consumption summary and for ensuring that all affiliates are within the required monthly consumption
  • Responsible for advising team members regarding to maintain the project’s contractual obligations with Saudi Aramco.
  • Responsible for communicating important information between HO, management staff and concerned affiliates
  • Responsible for communicating with HO for matters that concern the company’s activities
  • Responsible for performing tasks that may be assigned by the Division Manager
