Oversee drafting, review, and management of outsourced service contracts.Lead contract negotiations and resolve commercial issues.Collaborate with legal and internal teams to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.Maintain organized contract records and documentation.Provide contracting guidance and training to teams and clients.Manage multiple large contracts, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Profile
Atleast 7+ years of proven experience in contract management within construction, hospitality, or outsourcing services.Strong negotiation expertise and comprehensive understanding of complex service contracts.Leadership skills to guide teams and manage high-value, multifaceted contracts.Fluency in English with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Arabic speaker will be beneficialExceptional organizational and analytical skills to ensure compliance and drive contract excellence.
