Engineering Manager

Hiring an experienced Engineering Manager for a leading Oil & Gas / EPC organization in Doha, Qatar. The role requires strong experience in FEED, Detailed & Conceptual Engineering, multidisciplinary engineering management, and pipeline/construction projects within PMC/EPCM environments.

• Role involves management oversight of engineering activities, deliverables, and project coordination
• Candidate will manage multi-disciplinary engineering teams across Conceptual, FEED, and Detailed Engineering phases
• Strong exposure to pipeline engineering, routing, and construction projects is preferred
• Experience working with NOCs, PMC/EPCM organizations, and Middle East & Africa projects is required
• The role includes engineering reviews, manpower planning, technical coordination, and client interaction
• Candidates with strong leadership, engineering management, and project execution experience are preferred

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil/Chemical or related discipline)
• 15+ years of experience in Oil & Gas / EPC / PMC projects
• Strong experience in FEED, Conceptual & Detailed Engineering
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary engineering teams and deliverables
• Exposure to pipeline engineering, construction, and technical coordination
• Experience with NOCs, PMC/EPCM organizations, and Middle East projects preferred
• Knowledge of engineering standards, codes, and engineering software
• Strong communication, leadership, and client coordination skills
• Qatar MME/MMUP/UPDA License preferred
