General Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Customer Engineering (CE) Engineer to support and scale complex device‑to‑cloud platforms. This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys working closely with customers, solving real‑world technical problems, and operating across embedded devices, cloud services, and APIs.
In addition to strong technical fundamentals, this role values an engineer who actively adopts modern engineering practices, including AI‑assisted workflows and tooling automation, to improve efficiency and quality.

What You’ll Do
Act as a technical point of contact for customers integrating devices, SDKs, cloud services, and APIs
Own issue resolution end‑to‑end: reproduction, RCA, fix validation, and closure
Debug device‑side issues (firmware, connectivity, power, logs, traces)
Troubleshoot microservices‑based cloud systems, REST APIs, and data pipelines
Analyze application and backend issues using logs, metrics, and ELK stack
Translate recurring customer pain points into actionable engineering feedback
Use modern AI‑assisted tools and automation to improve investigation speed, documentation, and quality
What You Bring
5+ years of experience in embedded systems, IoT, cloud platforms, or distributed systems
Strong programming experience in Java (backend) and familiarity with full‑stack concepts
Hands‑on experience with:
REST APIs and OpenAPI / Swagger specifications
Microservices architectures
Cloud‑native services and distributed systems
Debugging using logs, metrics, traces (ELK or similar stacks)
Solid understanding of networking, APIs, and production support practices
Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences
Nice to Have
Experience with IoT platforms, OTA updates, provisioning, or large device fleets
Exposure to cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP or equivalent)
Background in Customer Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or Field Engineering
Interest in engineering productivity, AI‑assisted workflows, and tooling automation
Comfortable working with global teams across time zones
