Job Vacancy: Production Supervisor / Production Officer – Aluminum Factory

We are looking for a highly competent Production Supervisor or Production Officer to join a leading aluminum manufacturing facility in the Sultanate of Oman.
The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily production operations and ensuring efficiency and high-quality output.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in aluminum manufacturing or similar industrial production.
• Strong leadership and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and make effective decisions.
• Proficiency in production management software and Microsoft Office.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage production processes to ensure timely execution of production plans.
• Optimize operational performance by reducing waste and improving efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and occupational safety regulations.
• Coordinate with other departments to maintain smooth workflow.
• Lead and train production staff to achieve operational goals.
