Position Title:             Maintenance Manager (2 Vacancies)

A well-known restaurant group of unique concepts continuously expanding in GCC, headquartered in Kuwait City, Kuwait.

Job Description:

• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of MEP systems, civil structures, kitchen equipment, furniture, and landscaping across all sites.
• Manage all cleaning operations and teams, ensuring top hygiene standards across indoor, outdoor, and food prep areas.
• Lead a team of 30+ staff across shifts, coordinate with vendors for specialized tasks, and promote a culture of efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure safety compliance, manage maintenance budgets and inventories, and maintain detailed records and reports for operational transparency and efficiency.
