Mechanical Maintenance Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the maintenance team for all types of cleaning machines, equipment, and selected electronics.
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Monitor and manage the spare parts inventory effectively.
• Operate and utilize maintenance management software to track work orders and maintenance records.
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety, operational, and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and basic electronic faults.
• Coordinate with operations and procurement teams to ensure timely repairs and equipment readiness.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance.
• Knowledge of cleaning machines, industrial equipment, and basic electronics.
• Proficiency in using maintenance software systems.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and communicate in both Arabic and English.
• Must be a male candidate with valid residency in Kuwait (only Kuwait residents will be considered).

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in cleaning services, facility management, or equipment maintenance.
• Knowledge of Kuwait labor laws and safety standards.
• Kuwait driving license is a plus.
