Dispatcher

Location: Amman – Abdoun

Working Hours: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM

Salary Range: 350 JOD – 750 JOD/month (performance-based increases available)

Age Range: 18 – 29

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate incoming service requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain clear, professional communication with clients and field teams
• Monitor ongoing jobs and provide updates or support as needed
• Accurately log and track dispatch activity
• Handle unexpected issues or delays with calmness and adaptability

Requirements:

• Fluency in English (spoken and written) – mandatory
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to remain organized and focused under pressure
• Willingness to work evening and night shifts
• Tech-savvy with basic computer and CRM skills (preferred)
