Key Requirements

• Proven leadership experience as CEO or Senior Executive in a major real estate development company
• Demonstrated success delivering large-scale real estate projects (mixed-use, residential, commercial, or urban developments)
• Extensive experience in GCC countries (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, or Oman preferred)
• Strong background working with tier-one real estate developers
• Experience managing full project lifecycle from land acquisition through delivery
• Strong financial, commercial, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to build and lead multidisciplinary teams
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred
