As a Store Manager, you will oversee store operations, foster sales excellence, and develop a high-performing team to support this rapid retail growth.
Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day store activities, including inventory control, visual merchandising, and enhancing the customer experience at the Mumbai and Thane locations.
Meet sales objectives by coaching the team, monitoring performance, and delivering high-quality customer service.
Lead a team of sales executives by overseeing recruitment, providing training, and fostering motivation.
Maintain adherence to brand guidelines, implement loss prevention measures, and ensure store security.
Work closely with regional leadership to support store expansions and new store openings.
Requirements: Minimum of 3 years' experience in retail management, ideally within luxury jewelry or fashion sectors.
Demonstrated success in boosting sales and leading teams effectively.
Customer-centric approach with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
