About this Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled 3PP Infrastructure & System Administration Specialist to join our SI Delivery Team for the SA BOS Project. In this role, you will design, deploy, and manage third-party infrastructure solutions, ensuring seamless delivery and operational excellence across the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Design, deploy, and manage HPE and EMC server and storage infrastructure solutions within SI delivery engagements
Configure and administer HPE Synergy servers and HPE Alletra storage platforms per project requirements
Install and maintain virtualization environments (VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, KVM) ensuring high availability
Administer RHEL systems including installation, patching, hardening, and performance tuning
Perform capacity planning, health monitoring, and preventive maintenance of infrastructure components
Develop and maintain technical documentation — HLD, LLD, SOPs, and runbooks
Develop automation scripts and Ansible playbooks to streamline operational tasks
Coordinate with international customers, stakeholders, and distributed teams across time zones.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or equivalent
8–10 years of hands-on experience in infrastructure administration and SI delivery
Proven expertise in HPE and EMC-based infrastructure in enterprise or telecom environments
Certifications in HPE, VMware, Red Hat, or EMC are an added advantage

Mandatory Technical Skills
HPE Server Infrastructure & EMC Storage Solutions
VMware — vSphere, vCenter, ESXi
Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)

Preferred Skills
Telecom domain experience in BSS/OSS or BOS environments
Familiarity with SA BOS frameworks or similar delivery models
Knowledge of ITIL practices, incident and change management
Experience with international clients and global delivery teams
