Responsible for the following business / functional activities of India business unit:

• Develop a Project Plan encompassing all Application Rollout projects with a focus on Key deliverables for Essilor India,Group Companies and Distrbutors.
• Ensure timely implementation of multiple projects in collaboration with relevant Stakeholders
• Conduct Regular meetings and take necessary steps to ensure project deliverables and timelines
• Build and Maintain relationship within Essilor India Group companies and Global teams with regards to Projects.
• Collaborate with Stake Holders and Conduct User Training and User Acceptance Testing
• Ensure timely resolution for User issues on a day-to-day basis. Track Service Levels of Application Support teams and provide timely feedback to the teams
• Vendor Management
